Physicals for Fall Sports are due at the first practice. As a reminder each physical is only good for one school year: This means that physicals that were turned in to participate in sports for the 18/19 school year are no longer valid as of 6/13/2019. All student will be required to turn one in, if they wish to play in the 19/20 school year! There are no exceptions and they are due before the first day of practice or try-outs. All forms can be found here on our app under required forms. Please have the completed packet ready. Volleyball players are due on 7/8 and Cross country players are due 7/9. Student cannot participate with out a current physical.

Options:

First and foremost we recommend parents schedule physicals with their primary care physicians uses your medical insurance. Please keep in mind this time of year physicians can get backed up and may not be able to take students in before try outs begin. We recommend you call as soon as possible to see if this is an option.

Temecula Medical Group-offers Sports Physicals for $30 and can usually take students same day or next.

Finally both Walgreen’s and CVS take walk in visits for about $60.
