Boys start time: 330pm vs. Mesa Grande HS, Springs Magnolia, Springs Hemet
Girls start time: 400pm vs. Mesa Grande HS, Springs Magnolia

Meet rules and procedures:
Schools may arrive no earlier than 40 minutes before their first scheduled race time. If your boys team races at 3:30 pm then both boys and girls teams may arrive at 2:50 pm.

Only coaches and athletes will be allowed on the campus and course for the races. The only opportunity for a parent to be able to watch their child is if they volunteer to help with course and finish line control. These parents will need to check in at the same table as the coaches and would be assigned to their volunteer location from there. We will allow up to 10 volunteers per school (including coaches). Coaches please email me the names of those individuals before race day so it can be as smooth a process as possible.

Upon arrival please have a coach check in with the Woodcrest Christian coaches and volunteers in order to both check in and obtain bibs and chips for the race

Both coaches and athletes will need to wear a mask while at the race course. Athletes may remove their mask when they arrive at the starting line and give them to their coach. Once athletes have completed their races and left the finish area they must return to wearing a mask.

In the finish area there will be two containers that will have sanitizer in them for the athletes to leave their race chips in. Athletes must remove chips and leave them in these containers before leaving the finish area.

Once your team completes their races please pack up and exit as quickly as possible, as we will have teams constantly cycling in and out.

It looks like each meet will be a 2 day event in order to abide by current guidelines set by CIF and Health Departments.

Please understand that we will have to run only 2 teams at a time and this is very time consuming and why we will have to do each meet over a 2 day period of time. Varsity and Junior Varsity teams are considered as separate teams and will be run as separate races. Middle school teams may run their entire boys or girls teams as 1 team. Each race will be posted on Athletic.net as a dual meet.
